Scott D. Livingston has more than twenty years of experience in community and economic development, including five years in India. He has a B.S. from Baylor University and a M.S. in Economics from Texas A&M University – Commerce. He has attracted and/or retained more than $5.5 billion in new commercial investment and more than 5,000 primary jobs in Texas. He is both a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) and Certified Public Manager (CPM), and he seeks to create economically resilient and financially sustainable communities that provide and maintain a superior quality of life. He serves on the Board of the Texas Economic Development Council, and his family resides in League City, Texas.
