Join us to welcome Mary Kay Cosmetics - Crista Welch, to the League City Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Crista Welch is the Independent Sales Director of the Courageous Crew Unit with Mary Kay Cosmetics.  She and her unit are helping other women achieve their dreams.   In addition, she has developed innovative sales training programs and Business Incentive programs to spur growth.  She has recently earned Double Gold Status.

She has a vision for her team which will allow her the freedom and flexibility to focus on what is important to her: faith, family, and then business.

She is building an organization in order to empower women and help to enrich their lives and those around them.  She started her business originally to earn some extra money to help her family, but then saw the impact she was having in leading and developing a team.  She is an Advanced Color Consultant who loves to help women look their best.  She offers free makeovers and advice on skin care, just ask!

Crista and her husband John have a beautiful 3 year old daughter Alexis.  When not growing her team or helping you look your best, she is a member at First Baptist Church in Pasadena, serving in their Children's Ministry.  She also volunteers at Baywood Crossing Rehabilitation Center donating Mary Kay products and giving makeovers to their residents.
